Types of Information We Collect from Customers In the course of providing or attempting to provide services to you, Broadview Security may collect certain personal information about you. Personal information is information that identifies you individually (“Personal Information”), including your name, service address, billing address, telephone numbers, electronic mail address, billing information including your bank account or credit card number, social security number, credit score, correspondence and communications records, and the specific products and services you have purchased from Broadview Security. Broadview Security may also collect information regarding our customers that is not individually identifiable (“Non-Personal Information”), such as the percentage of customers that purchase a particular service, the aggregate number of alarm signals received, average customer tenure, customer demographics, and the like. |

When you are logged in to mybroadview.com, your personal information is protected by current technology that uses a secure socket layer (SSL) protocol with a required 128-bit encryption key. SSL is an encoding algorithm that encrypts information passed between your computer and Broadview Security in an effort to prevent unauthorized access of your personal information. In addition, our personnel who have access to your data have been trained to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. |
