The Broadview Security control panel, keypad and all other Broadview Security-installed equipment are listed by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.). Depending on your existing system and contractual obligations, Broadview Security may be able to convert your system by adding the Broadview Security control panel and keypad. |

| Broadview Security requires that the property owner sign the Protective Service Agreement. If your landlord agrees to sign the agreement, Broadview Security will install a system into the property in the name of the owner. The property owner will receive and be responsible for all bills. The Customer Move policy applies to only the homeowner and not the renter. |

Structured Wiring - Structured wiring systems by leading manufacturers provide an advanced platform for communications and entertainment services. This modular system can be based on the budget constraints of the builder or the lifestyle needs of the homeowner, and- includes telecommunications and video wiring which enables home networking, distributed video, and high speed Internet sharing.
Intercom - Systems by M&S Systems provide distributed music and voice communication throughout the home.
Home Theater - Home theater cube style or in-wall speaker systems by M&S Systems provide high-quality sound to entertainment systems or Dolby digital surround sound systems.
Whole House Stereo - Multiple room stereo speaker systems provide stereo sound to multiple rooms in the home with a volume control in each room with speakers. Satellite Television – Broadview Security can wire single or multiple rooms for future satellite television installations.
